Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the removal and replacement of multiple HVAC units, and ductless mini split systems at nine (9) City of Bend Fire Station Facilities (Scope A), and two (2) HVAC units at the City of Bend Police Station (Scope B). Contractors may bid on either scope or both. Contact the Issuing Officer identified below if you are unable to access the information online. Entities intending to bid should register with Portal in order to receive addenda. . All contractors will be expected to provide their own transportation to each of the facilities on the tour. This one date is the only opportunity that contractors will have to access the buildings prior to bids being due. Please contact the Issuing Officer no later than two (2) business days prior to Bid due date to make arrangements ahead of time for an in-person submission. Hard copies will not be accepted unless the Bidder has made arrangements ahead of time. If a hard copy of the Bid is submitted without prior coordination with the Issuing Officer, the Bid will be returned (unopened) to the Bidder without consideration. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted. This project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages.
