Electrical/Low Voltage Questions due by Thursday, August 28th, 2025 at 5:00 PM The Juniper Swim & Fitness Center Outdoor Pool Cover and Renovation project includes the following scope of work: Provide and install replacement pool cover for exterior 50 meter pool, locker room finishes refresh, chiller like for like replacement, and partial TPO re-roof. Prevailing wage rates apply. The on site bid walk is mandatory for fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, and electrical/low voltage bidders only. Outdoor pool enclosure bidders are exempt from the on site walk (site walk is not mandatory).
