The Contractor shall provide all staff, labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for execution of the following: Periodic grinding of yard debris collected at the County's rural transfer stations and transportation of the ground material to Knott Landfill in Bend. Periodic grinding and management of wood waste collected at the Negus Transfer Station in Redmond, OR. Ground material generated from wood waste grinding operations is to be utilized at an off-site facility arranged by the Contractor for remanufacturing, energy production or other approved utilization technologies. The Contractor shall transport ground wood waste to the Contractor's designated facility. This is not a contract offer and with this solicitation, the proposer assumes any liability for the costs incurred in the preparation and transmittal of proposals in response to the solicitation.
