Demolition and site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
*As of June 25, 2025 this project has been awarded to Rapid Roofing & Construction for $16,335.48. Bids will need to be dropped off or mailed to 500 Peach Street Selmer, Tn 38375 Sealed bids for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building. The scope of work will include the demolition, removal, and legal disposal of an existing damaged building. The general scope of work will include all concrete work, all electrical work, all needed construction work, and materials for the turnkey construction of the metal building in accordance with the plans and specifications for the construction work to be performed. The Town of Selmer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Pre-Engineered Metal Building Specifications and Dimensions are: 40 x 100 x 17 x 3/12 roof pitch with 20 bay being roof only. Colored walls, galvalume roof, 4 vinyl reinforced insulation roof and walls, 8' liner panel around interior of building, three 14 x 14 rollup doors, one 3 x 7 walk thru door, two 3 x 5 windows in machine shop area, that will be two story with a storage room and one 6 x 6 bathroom upstairs. Area will be 24 x 40
