The City of Indianola, Mississippi will adhere to the procurement policy for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program as administered by the Mississippi Home Corporation governed by 24 CFR Part 85 (Common Rule) and 2 CFR Part 200 and applicable state laws and regulations. The Mississippi Licensed Residential Contractor whose bid is lowest and determined to be most advantageous to the City of Indianola, Mississippi and the respective homeowner(s) will be selected.
