Provide asbestos inspection services for Sunflower County, MS, as funded by a HOME Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant. Inspectors must hold proper certification from the Department of Environmental Quality. The asbestos inspector shall perform all necessary inspection services and make recommendations to properly carry out the project activities in accordance with state and federal law. The contract will be on a fixed price basis. Proposals must include qualifications of staff, experience of the firm, capacity for performance, and price. All proposals will be rated on qualifications, experience, capacity, and price with a maximum total of 100 points. Proposals are to be submitted by the stated deadline. Offerors must comply with Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968. Sunflower County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
