Scope of Services The Project is located in various neighborhoods in the City of Richmond. The work consists of 54 roads (10.65 miles) of rubberized cape seal (rubberized chip seal and slurry seal), striping, base repairs, crack sealing and other items detailed as required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions Question Deadline 07/08/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All questions relative to this bid must be submitted via the electronic Bids Online system on the Q&A tab Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the sites of the proposed work and fully acquaint themselves with the existing conditions. Bidders should fully inform themselves as to the facilities involved, the difficulties and restrictions attending the performance of the contract. Bidders should thoroughly examine and familiarize themselves with the Specifications and all other Contract Documents. The Contractor, by the execution of this Contract, shall in no way be relieved of any obligation under it, due to Contractor's failure to receive or examine any form or legal instrument, or to visit the site and acquaint themselves with the existing conditions. The owner will reject any claim based on facts regarding which the bidder should have been aware as a result of visiting the site or reading the Contract Documents
