Site work and paving for a road / highway in Port Trevorton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Paving: Contractor to furnish and place 1,714 Tons of 19 MM Binder Course and 23 Tons of Tie-Ins. A Bituminous Escalator Clause is included in this contract. PA Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. The bid must be accompanied by a certiied check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certiied check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Speciications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
