Description

Demolition for a road / highway in Dunbar, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway.

Scope of work: Remove all asbestos prior to demolition. This must be done by a licensed asbestos remediation contractor. Demolish and remove the structures, including footers and thoroughly clean the property of all debris. Properly dispose of all removed materials Back fill all excavations to grade. Seed and straw the lot. Asbestos reports will be available from the Building Dept, at 304-766-0217 Winning bidder must have WV Contractor License, Dunbar City Contractor License, one million General Liability policy and they are responsible for B&O taxes.
