Site work for a mixed-use development in Dunbar, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited from qualified Contractors with experience in concrete for the Capital Funds Project regarding concrete sidewalk and storm sewer replacement at Dutch Hollow Apartments in Dunbar, West Virginia. Bidders are required to obtain bid documents, with a non-refundable deposit for copies, and may examine documents at specified locations. A prebid conference will address the scope and details of the work, with attendance recommended and mandatory site visitation immediately following. Each bid must include a certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond for five percent of the bid amount. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. The goal of 20% for minorities and women applies nationwide.
