Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Dunbar, West Virginia. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
Scope of work: Demolish and remove the structures, including footers, and thoroughly clean the property of all debris. Properly dispose of all removed materials. Cap sanitary sewer line at grade. Back fill all excavations to grade. Seed and straw the lot. Winning bidder must have WV Contractor License, Dunbar City Contractor License, one million General Liability policy and they are responsible for B&O taxes. Demolition permits will be issued at no charge. All bids must be sealed and have DLAP Demolition written on the envelope. Late bids will not be considered. Work must be completed not later than May 1, 2026.
