Kanawha County Schools is soliciting bids for construction of Addition and Renovations at Ben Franklin Career Center. Questions deadline: 5/22/26 at 12:00 PM, Questions submitted Electronically WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The Work consists of creating a new secured vestibule at the existing Ben Franklin Career Center. The scope includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, installation of steel columns and framing, steel decking, masonry, concrete, roofing, insulation, new aluminum frames and doors, door hardware, security windows, glazing, security glazing, metal framing, ceiling, interior finishes, exterior finishes, lighting, electrical system, HVAC, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
