Base Bid; 7,500 Sy Mill & Overlay of Various Streets Within the Borough Including Base Repair and Leveling Course; 14 Inlet/manhole Grade Adjustments and 265 Lf of Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement. At the Clarks Summit Borough Building. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified/cashiers Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount, Made Payable to Clarks Summit Borough. The Borough Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. If Written Notice of the Acceptance of This Bid is Mailed or Delivered to the Undersigned Within Sixty (60) Days After the Opening Thereof, or at Any Time Thereafter Before the Bid is Withdrawn, the Undersigned Agrees to Execute and Deliver the Agreement in the Form Prescribed by the Clarks Summit Borough. All Qualified Contractors Will Receive Consideration Without Regard to Race, Color, Religion, Creed, Ancestry, National Origin or Sex.
