The CCLBA seeks sealed proposals from Respondents to provide labor and materials associated with General Contracting services at this historic home at 1233 Manchester St W in compliance with all applicable ordinances and codes of the City of Battle Creek. Work includes, but is not limited to, siding, fascia/soffit replacement, window and door replacement, kitchen and baths installed, lead based paint abatement and full interior renovations.
