HACP seeks proposals from qualified professional firms to provide Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Consulting Services and is contemplating the award of a professional service contract or contracts for an initial term of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year extension options, for a total of five (5) years, whereby HACP will authorize the selected professionals, during a stated time period and for the services HACP requires, to perform the services on an as- needed basis through the use of Task Orders. Attachment A - Model Form of Agreement (Form HUD - 51915) is the professional service contract that will be used through this solicitation process.
