Complete street upgrading/resurfacing in various locations throughout town .2 The site of work is at Gander, Newfoundland Part A - Upgrade a section of Memorial Drive East for a distance measuring approximately 300 metres. Work consists of removal and replacement of a culvert, ditching, clearing and mass excavation, supply and place rock base and granular subgrade material, and asphalt for street widening and reinstatement. Part B -Mill and pave a section ofAirport Boulevard between 95 Airport Boulevard to 120 Airport Boulevard. Mill and pave a section of Memorial Drive between 61 Memorial Drive to 81 Memorial Drive. Associated work including but not limited to MH/CB frame and cover/grate adjust to grade. Part C - Mill and pave a section of Rowsell Boulevard between Russell Street and 90 Rowsell Boulevard.
