The Crestview Housing Authority (CHA) of Crestview, Florida, is seeking proposals from licensed and insured contractors for Metal Roof Repair. Section A has 33 buildings and Section B has 31 buildings for a total of 64 buildings. CHA is seeking proposals to: Provide metal roofrepair to some ofour dwelling units, in our Sunset Community. We have a total of 70 buildings. In this community, (64) buildings require maintenance as indicated below. Bedroom sizes are one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4) and five (5). One-bedroom units are 575sq feet, two-bedroom units are 720 sq feet, three-bedroom units are 850 sq feet, four-bedroom units are 1,080 sq feet, five-bedroom units 1,250 sq feet. There are 22 one-bedroom units, 40 twobedroom units, 46 three bedrooms, 13 four-bedrooms, 1 five bedrooms. All units in this community are located in Crestview Florida on the following streets: Lakeview Drive, Edgewater Drive, West North Avenue, Kenndy Drive, Pandora Drive and Barr place. 1. Replace all rotten or worn wood located underneath metal in needed areas. 2. Remove all existing vent stack RoofBoots. 3. Install new neoprene vent stack Roof Boots with 1.5 woodzac screws on PVC pipes. 4. Install new high temperature neoprene vent stack roof boots with 1.5 woodzac screws on metal exhaust pipes. 5. Remove all existing metal roofscrews. 6. Install new oversized metal roofscrews. 7. Install new oversized metal roofscrews in ridge cap metal. 8. Work to be completed in all service areas within 45 days after execution of contract.
