Reference Number 0000393958 Question Deadline 08/25/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes Okaloosa County is actively seeking innovative partners for a transformative Public-Private Partnership (P3) on a prime undeveloped parcel at the strategic intersection of Foy Shaw Parkway and US 90 in Crestview. This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites visionary private entities to propose a dynamic Filling and Service Station development that will capitalize on this exceptional location and contribute to the economic vitality of our region. We are looking for partners who can leverage their expertise, capital, and creativity to unlock the full potential of this site, fostering economic growth and creating lasting value by "filling" a need for Okaloosa County citizens. Pursuant to section 255.065(14), F.S., the County has chosen to procure this P3 project utilizing its home-rule powers and in accordance with the County's Purchasing Manual and the terms and conditions stated in this RFP. Bid Intent Not Available The County reserves the right to award the proposal to the most qualified respondent(s). Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the proposals and the resulting Agreement(s) in its best interest and its decision shall be final. Grant Expiration Date: June 30, 2026 (extension possible upon request)
