Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
construction of the Meigs Miracle League Park- Site Development and Facilities ITB PW 45-25. The Project consists of earthwork, clearing & grubbing, construction of irrigation and stormwater management facilities, construction of pavilion and bathroom facilities including water, sewer, and electrical connections, and concrete sidewalk and walkway areas. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless all conditions have been met. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents. Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
