**As of November 12, 2025, the project was awarded to RBM Contracting Services, with an awarded amount of 712,976.26** This project involves constructing a replacement lift station for the existing lift station 15 located on Campbell Street. This will involve the installation of a new lift station, removal ofthe existing lift station 15 pumps, construction of2 Doghouse manholes, installation of approximately 60 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, removal ofthe existing concrete lift station pad, construction of a new +7-269 S.F. concrete pad. The existing wet well is to remain and be interconnected to the proposed wet well. The new lift station discharge will connect into the existing 4" force main onsite. The existing lift station will remain in service until the new lift station can be placed into service. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and awarded based on the lump sum of the unit prices. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the date of receipt for the bidder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be provided by the Issuing Office. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be held responsible for full or partial sets of documents, including any Addenda, that are obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Crestview reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name, the time and date of the opening. It shall be the bidders' responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address at the appointed time.
