The City of Crestview is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of an open-sided metal roof cover over the RC track at Brookmeade Park, located at 585 Brookmeade Drive, Crestview, Florida 32539. Alternate bids are requested for: installation of an ADA-compliant lift providing access to the elevated RC control tower; installation of an electrical system for the RC track cover, including lighting and receptacles; and construction of a new bathroom facility per city-provided plans. The scope includes design, permitting, and construction. The selected contractor shall provide engineered, signed, and sealed construction drawings suitable for permitting. All work shall comply with city standards and applicable codes. Proposals will be evaluated based on outlined criteria. Proposals must be submitted as specified and late submissions will not be considered. Electronic submissions are accepted through Central Bidding. Proposers are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference at the project site and review the RFP documents prior to the meeting.
