Site work for a water / sewer project in Crestview, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves constructing a low-pressure sewer domestic wastewater collection/transmission sewer system for sewer service to approximately 9 single-family homes, a church, and is designed for future connections and expansion. The project will include the installation of approximately 1,210 linear feet of 2-inch low pressure sewer force main. The proposed 2-inch force main will discharge into an existing gravity sewer manhole on Benjamin Street. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and awarded based on the lump sum of the unit prices. The City of Crestview reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or in total, any or all proposals and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the City. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the proposer's name, the time and date of the opening. It shall be the bidders' responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address at the appointed time.
