Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 11th,2025, the project was awarded to SCI Infrastructure LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,218,169.50 .** The major items of work include reconstruct the pavement, construct and replace ADA ramps, replace sidewalk, curb, and gutter, replace water main, and construct and replace storm main. The proposed bid range for the project is from $2,000,000 to $2,500,000. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 75 working days. This project is funded with City of Auburn monies. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the City of Auburn. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
