Pre-Qualification: Yes Bids shall be upon cash payment on the following types of work: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Design for one (1) Pre-Engineered Storm Shelter Comfort Station; up to six (6) Structural Designs of Footings and Foundations specific to the site conditions at each of the six (6) installation location; furnishment of all materials, equipment, and labor required to manufacture, and deliver, a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of six (6) complete Pre-Engineered Storm Shelter Comfort Stations. Site installation and preparation and utility service installation will be performed by others. Pre-Approval to bid is required for all proposed building package systems.
