The Bismarck City Commission will receive bids for the construction of Watermain, Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, and related items in Water Improvement District Three Hundred Thirty-Four (334) and Street Improvement District Five Hundred Ninety (590). The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, through online. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. The City Commission reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening, reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities whenever it is for the best interest of the City. Work shall consist of approximately 390 CY of unclassified excavation, 925 CY of borrow excavation, 70 LF of 6" watermain, 160 LF of 12" watermain, 300 CY of blended base, 340 LF of curb and gutter, 270 Tons of AC Pavement, and related items.
