Capitol Complex Mechanical Upgrades 2025 Phase 1 Description: This Project Will Replace Two (2) Existing Cooling Towers and Replace an Existing Roof for the Office of Management and Budget, Facilities Management Division at the State of North Dakota Capitol Complex.
