The County is seeking on-call geotechnical, material testing, inspection, and design services to support a range of public works and capital improvement projects. These may include road and transportation improvements, pavement maintenance and management, building and facilities upgrades, storm damage repairs, and other miscellaneous construction efforts. As development continues and project demands evolve, timely technical support is essential to evaluate site conditions, ensure construction quality, and maintain safe, reliable infrastructure. The selected consultant will assist in identifying deficiencies, providing testing and design recommendations, and working collaboratively with County staff to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
