Work involves removal and disposal of photovoltaic panels, demolition of existing roof system, installation of new roofing system, detaching the exterior mechanical ducts, electrical conduits and equipment from the existing roof, and rebuilding scupper and downspouts. Contract time is established as 20 working days: 10 working days for uninstall PV and existing roof removal, 10 working days for installation. Contract Time will start August 10th, 2026.
