TOWN OF RIPON is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: GREEN LAKE TO RIPON MULTI-USE PATH CTH PP TO KORO ROAD The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of constructing paved multi-use path from CTH PP to South Koro Road within the City of Ripon, Fond Du Lac County. Furnish & Install Medium Fractured Rip-Rap 3,650 S.Y Furnish & Install 6-Inch Thick Granular SubBase Course 3,650 S.Y. Furnish & Install 6-Inch Thick Crushed Aggregate Base Course 950 S.Y. Furnish & Install 3-Inch Thick Aggregate Shoulder, 3/4 -Inch 2,550 S.Y. Furnish & Install 3-Inch Thick Asphaltic Pavement 50 LF Furnish & Install Concrete Curb 250 SF Furnish & Install 6-Inch Thick Concrete Sidewalk 10 EA Furnish & Install Permanent Sign, Reflective 150 L.F. Pavement Marking The work is anticipated to begin after the Fourth of July weekend. The anticipated substantial completion is October 15th, 2025 and final completion is October 31st , 2025 . No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
