The project consists of pavement rehabilitation of approximately 1,300 feet of Hall Street, from Stanton Street to S Douglas Street, and pavement rehabilitation of approximately 1,500 feet of Tabbert Avenue, from Washington Street to Eureka Street. The work includes milling and repaving the existing asphalt roadway. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted electronically through using the Quest vBid service. Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price, in the form of a certified check or an electronic Bid Bond issued by an approved surety. If the selected bidder fails to execute the contract within 15 days, the bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening. The minimum wages for the project will be according to local wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
