Question Deadline 07/14/2025 at 2:00 PM ET The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of base material, fill dirt, sand-clay, lime rock and/or shell rock, for the Putnam County Public Works Department and the Putnam County Sanitation Department. Lime Rock, Sand-Clay, and Shell Rock must meet specifications as outlined in the Technical Specifications and Section 911 of the Latest Edition of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specification Book for Road & Bridge Construction. Material should not be ‘wet’ and should be stored with like quality FDOT certified stockpile.
