Successful Bidders are required to furnish a 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond for this Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Bond. The bid will be submitted in duplicate on copies of the Form of Proposal located in the Volume One Project Manual Bidding and Contract Documents.
