Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Stonington, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

**As of July 15th, 2025, the project was awarded to Barbizon, with an awarded amount of $228,262.75.** Question Deadline 07/03/2025 LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS Thursday Any questions should be emailed to bids@stoningtonschools.org or by contacting the Technology Directors Office from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday, at (860) 572-0506 option 5 Auditorium Theatrical Lighting Project 1) Remove existing Dimmer rack 2) Install new electrical breaker panel w/ main breakers for IQ relay & DRd panels. 3) Install Sensor IQ48 relay panel w/ feed from new panel 4) Reuse existing stage lighting circuits and double outputs as needed 5) Install DRd6 dimming rack w/ feed from new panel 6) Reuse house lighting circuit wiring 7) Remove all used existing lighting equipment 8) Remove existing entry stations, including control cable 9) Remove existing backstage control stations 10jlnstall unison communication cabling, terminate and install new touch screen. 11) Replace all stage pigtail plugs w/ 20 amp female Edison connectors 12) Renumber plug boxes and connector strips 13) Install new, safer, side arms on box boom pipe locations 14) Test house and stage lighting systems Project services to include: system integration, commissioning, programming, high and low voltage terminations, fixture hang, address and focus, initial console programming, and one end-user training session. All electrical work is to be performed by licensed electricians and pricing should be inclusive of all necessary local permits. No substitutions of equipment will be allowed unless necessary for system compatibility, in which case the proposal should include a note as to why the specified components were substituted. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title and mailed or delivered to the Stonington Public Schools District Office or emailed to bids@stoningtonschools.org *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
