The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers The Phoenix Union High School District intends to construct a 4,800 square foot Outdoor Food Services Kitchen, Serving Line, and non-air-airconditioned outdoor Dining Building at Carl Hayden High School. The new building will consist of a kitchen, two food service areas, and a dining area that includes surrounding patio areas which will serve approximately 400 students. The new building will be constructed of a masonry and aluminum storefront building exterior, steel trusses, metal roof deck, and a hot applied built-up roofing system. The HVAC system will be a stand-alone system for the food prep and food service areas only. Schedule Construction estimated to commence in the winter of 2025. Budget The budget estimate is $4,000,000 (not including FF&E) Architect Architechnology In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, Proposal for specified professional services and construction using the alternative project delivery methods for the materials or services specified will be received by the Phoenix Union High School District No. 210, at the above specified location, until the time and date cited. Qualifications received by the correct time and date shall be opened and only the name of the Offerors shall be publicly read.
