Financial guarantees and other requirements are set out in the tender documents, and it is the responsibility of bidders to comply with them. Only persons, companies or corporations having their principal place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement applicable to this contract are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). The Ville de Saint-Raymond assumes no responsibility for the fact that the written notices or any other documents transmitted by the electronic tendering system (SEAO) are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever.
