The City of North Kansas City, Missouri ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and corporations for the purchase and development of any or all of four City-owned parcels in the One North Redevelopment Area, more particularly described below as the "Sites" or a "Site". The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a developer or developers that propose development of the Site(s) that aligns with the City's goals of generating sales tax, promoting entertainment and lodging activity in a vibrant, mixed-use district. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
