Renovation of an educational facility in North Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The roof replacement project at the Norclay Building consists of removing the existing roof system (+/-32,795 square feet), providing specified tapered roof insulation, modified bitumen roof system, and roofing sheet metal. It is the Owners intent to award a contract on September 30, 2025. shall begin work on October 20, 2025 and complete work by December31, 2025. The NKCSD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to be the sole judge of what it considers the lowest responsible bid.
