Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; library; and water / sewer project.

The City is seeking bids from qualified companies for the repair of existing masonry at two storm sewer pump stations, the replacement of the Police Station sally port floor and drain, the replacement of a portion of the North Kansas City Public Library exterior masonry, repair of retaining wall, concrete stair stabilization, resetting parapet wall caps, sealant installation and repainting of exterior canopy.
