The Major Quantities of Work Involved in This Project Are: Quantity Measurement Item 1,020 Lf 8-inch Dia. Pvc Wastewater Pipe 270 Lf 4-inch Dia. Pvc Wastewater Pipe 275 Ton Ac Pavement Inlay 2"-4" Depth 1,420 Sy Ac Pavement Removal 2"-4" All Bids Must Be Submitted on the Forms Furnished by the City of Gresham, Mailed or Delivered in a Sealed Envelope Plainly Marked "Sealed Bid for Se Chase Wastewater Reimbursement District" and Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid. The City of Gresham Requires All Contractors to Comply With Equal Opportunity Policies. The Project Final Completion Date is October 31, 2025. The Contract Will Not Be Awarded Until City Council Approval Has Been Given. This Item is on the Agenda for the Council Meeting on July 1, 2024.
