The Character of the Work is the Construction of Storm water Tree Wells and Reconstruction of Adjacent Sidewalk With Structural Soil Underneath It. The Major Quantities of Work Involved in This Project Are: Quantity Measurement Item 4 Ea Storm water Tree Well, 3.5 Ft X 6 Ft 16 Ea Storm water Tree Well, 4 Ft X 6 Ft 12 Ea Storm water Tree Well, 3.5 Ft X 6 Ft With Steel Toe Kick 253 Sqyd Sidewalk Replacement The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. This work consists of removing portions of an existing fence and relocating it. The existing fence is constructed of green studded steel T-posts with three wires strung between posts. Sections of the fence shall be moved back approximately 1 foot, at the direction of the Project Engineer, to make space for the widened sidewalk as shown in the plans.
