Renovation of a transportation facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Project encompasses the proposed construction of a washrack and proposed aviation fuel tank at Bowman Field. Project will include a concrete pad, above ground fuel tank, hose bib, trench drain, and oil water separator. Each sealed Bid shall be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, or satisfactory Bid Bond (see Attachment #8) with good corporate surety, in a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid, payable without condition to the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, to guarantee that if the Bidder's offer results in an Award, the Bidder will furnish all required bonds, insurance certificate(s) and insurance policy(ies) within ten (10) Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is given, and enter into the Contract within thirty (30) Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is given. Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until 12:00PM local time on Thursday June 26, 2025 after which no questions will be answered.
