GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The City of Palm Coast is requesting proposals from Florida State Licensed General Contractors for construction work at our existing Waterfront Park located at 150 Waterfront Park Road, Palm Coast, Florida. The work will include site clearing and grading, work associated with a new vehicular parking lot, site lighting, stormwater installation, concrete sidewalk installation, prefabricated pavilion, pavilion lighting and miscellaneous site amenities. QUESTION DEADLINE: September 18, 2025 AT 2:00 PM AWARD: All submittals will be evaluated by City staff in accordance with the criteria set forth in the solicitation documents. The City reserves the right to reject all submittals, to waive any formalities, and to solicit and re-advertise for new bids/proposals, or to abandon the project in its entirety.
