The City of Wheaton is soliciting competitive bids for a Contractor to provide materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and installation services required to perform a trench drain replacement at the City of Wheaton Public Works Facility. Question Deadline 06/30/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Due Date for Written Questions All Questions, Either Administrative or Technical, Shall Be Submitted via Email to Tony Sperkowski at Asperkowski@wheaton.il.us No Later Than . Bonds Bid Bond: A Bid Bond/bid Deposit of 10% of the Full Contract Price is Required With Your Bid Submittal. Payment Bond: The Successful Bidder Shall Provide an Original Payment Bond Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Full Amount of the Award. Performance Bond: The Successful Bidder Shall Provide an Original Performance Bond Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Full Amount of the Award. Maintenance Bond: The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Furnish a Maintenance Bond Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Final Contract Price for the Faithful Performance of the Bidder's Obligation to Maintain and Keep in Good Repair, the Work Herein Contracted to Be Done and Performed for One (1) Year From the Date of Final Acceptance by the City.
