The City of Mount Vernon is accepting sealed bid proposals for: City Administration Building Tenant Improvement Project. The City of Mount Vernon is looking for an experienced General Contractor for office space improvements to Mount Vernon's City Administration Building located at 315 Snoqualmie Street in downtown Mount Vernon. Scope of Work The City of Mount Vernon is requesting Bids from licensed Contractors to remodel the City's Administration Building, located at 315 Snoqualmie Street, Mount Vernon WA 98273. The Building remodel efforts will include: remodeling of three (3) bathrooms to include sink vanity, plumbing fixtures, mirror, urinals, toilets and ceramic floor and wall tile, breakroom kitchenette, counter top and faucet, patch-sand-prime-paint ~ 1,500 square feet of existing wall and install ~ 25,000 sq ft of carpet tile, 700 square feet of 4" black cove base trim, and the installation of front entrance door with emergency locking system (similar to the system installed at City Hall). Work includes, but is not limited to obtaining and providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project and the following tasks: Install new 12 x 24 inch ceramic floor and wall tile.
