DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Skagit County is interested in obtaining the services of a contractor for cleaning, inspecting, and repairing the upper liner of the leachate pond at Inman Landfill. NOTICE TO PROCEED: Contractor shall not commence work until notice to proceed has been given by Skagit County; this occurs after the Contract has been executed by Skagit County Board of Commissioners. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: All technical questions and requests for interpretation shall be in writing and submitted by email with the subject line reading, Inman Landfill, no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on Friday, June 20, 2025 to Russell Thompson, Hydrogeologist, russellt@co.skagit.wa.us. Questions will not be accepted after 4:00 p.m. PST on Friday, June 20, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
