Skagit PUD is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualifie dsign companies to provide professional sign design and consultation, fabrication of various sign types(interior/exterior), installation services, permittingassistance, sign maintenance and repair, and LED and digital signage solutions. SOQ must clearly demonstrate the respondent's ability in the following evaluation factors: Professional Overview, Proximity to Skagit County, Professional Experience in the requested areas, Qualifications, Past Performance, and Fee system. Skagit PUD's Personal Services Roster shall consist of all responsible vendors who have submitted the necessary SOQ to be on the roster. Qualified vendors may join our roster at anytime. SOQs will remainactive for the 2025 calendar year, with potentialextension at Skagit PUD's discretion. Skagit PUDwill evaluate the existingroster according to ourestabli shed procurementprotocols and selectioncriteria when specific project scopes emerge. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
