Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the construction of a 1,225-square-foot, one-story above grade theater / auditorium; theater / auditorium; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 07/04/2025 Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. The Project consists of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for upgrades and improvements at the Horn in the West outdoor theater including tree removal, a new storm water drainage system, accessible pathways, asphalt paving, a new public toilet facility, lighted handrails in the amphitheater, electrical conduit installation, and minor electrical upgrades. The Town of Boone is requesting bids for construction of Horn in the West Site Improvements Phase 2 -consisting of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for upgrades and improvements at the Horn in the West Outdoor Theater including tree removal, a new storm water drainage system, accessible pathways, asphalt paving, a new public toilet facility, lighted handrails in the amphitheater, electrical conduit installation, and minor electrical upgrades.
