As of August 26, 2025, the owner is in the process of resoliciting. No definite date for the rebid. Replacement of the existing decks, railings, stair treads and risers with wood decking materials and staining to be included. All questions must be sent to HPHA by 12:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025.
