The TDCJ is seeking bids for the automation of the HVAC system at the Carol S Young Medical Facility in Texas City, Texas, to include all expenses for material and labor. The Vendor shall provide routine equipment and services for the replacement, and removal of existing equipment, installation, delivery, start-up, and training of the Department personnel. The Vendor shall comply with the Department's reporting procedures. Scope of Work to be performed by the Department personnel: o Provide oversight of the project. o Inspect, approve, and accept equipment once installation, set-up, and start-up is completed.
