Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Site Directions: New playground to be installed at Veteran's Park in the existing location of the sand volleyball courts, NE corner of Townline and Veteran's Parkway. The Base Bid work for the above contract includes the following site preparation, installation of surface material, concrete sidewalk and playground equipment: 1. Site Preparation a. Clear topsoil and prepare the designated site according to the site plan. b. Completely remove existing sand volleyball court .(7200 SF) c. Grading and sub-base preparation according to poured in place concrete surface manufacturer specifications. d. Excavation, base preparation, and concrete installation for ADA concrete walkway in accordance with details on site plan. e. Restoration of disturbed areas and repair of asphalt trail and parking lot as required. 2. Install poured in place (PIP) rubber surfacing with multi color blue pattern in accordance with Exhibit B and safety surface fall height standards. a. Blue PIP Area (2585 SF) equivalent to color choice "DARK BLUE 5002A" Premier Materials Tru-Color EPDM Rubber Granules. b. Blue/Light Blue PIP Area (1110 SF) equivalent to color choice "BLUE 5001A" Premier Materials Tru-Color EPDM Rubber Granules. c. Furnishing and Installation of Kompan Playground Equipment in locations on site plan, See Exhibit B, and in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and as such to not negate manufacturer's warranty of equipment.
